Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains what we do and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Our accessibility aim
We aim to meet recognised accessibility standards and to make our content clear, readable and easy to navigate. Accessibility is something we treat as ongoing, not a one-off task. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Current efforts
- —Clear typography with generous spacing and readable sizes.
- —A light and a dark theme to suit different visual needs.
- —Keyboard-navigable links and buttons, and meaningful link text.
- —Responsive layouts that work across phones, tablets and desktops.
Known limitations
Some maths content and diagrams may not yet be fully described for screen readers, and some older material may not meet our current standard. Where we become aware of such issues we work to fix them — if any content is difficult to access, please contact us and we will help or provide it in another format.
