Privacy Policy

Last updated — June 2026 Placeholder — pending legal review

This policy explains what information we may collect when you use this site, why we collect it, how it is used and kept, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language and uses placeholder wording where final legal detail is required.

01

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

  • Information you give us — such as your name, email address and message when you use a contact or error-report form.
  • Technical information — such as approximate location, device and browser type, collected automatically for security and basic analytics.
  • Cookie data — small files used to run the site and, with consent, understand usage. See our Cookie Policy.
02

How we use information

We use the information we collect only for clear and limited purposes: to respond to your enquiries, to fix reported errors, to keep the site secure and working, and to improve our resources. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site and replying to you, your consent (for any optional cookies), and — where you buy a resource — performance of our contract with you.

03

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can change your choices at any time. Full detail is set out in our Cookie Policy.

04

Contact forms and email

When you contact us, we use your details only to handle your message and any follow-up. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent. Enquiry and order emails are sent using Resend and received in our email inbox.

05

Payments

When you buy a paid resource, your payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe processes them under its own privacy terms.

06

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the site (for example hosting, email or analytics), and where required by law. Our main service providers are Vercel (hosting and consent-based web analytics), Google Analytics (consent-based usage analytics), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email); some may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

07

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries and error reports are typically kept for up to 24 months; order records are kept only as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

08

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
