Refund & Cancellation Policy
We sell one-off digital resources that are supplied immediately after payment. This policy explains when a purchase is final and what to do if there is a problem with an order.
Digital product refunds
Because our digital papers are supplied immediately after payment, purchases are final once access has been provided. We do not offer refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the paper or does not use it. This does not affect any rights you have by law where digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.
Subscription cancellations
If subscriptions are offered, you will be able to cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access usually continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not currently offer subscriptions — all purchases are one-off.
When refunds may apply
A refund or another appropriate remedy may apply where required by law or where there is a payment error, including where:
- —A product was not delivered or could not be accessed due to a fault on our side.
- —A product was significantly not as described.
- —You were charged in error or charged twice.
Refunds are generally not given simply because you changed your mind after accessing a digital product, or did not use it.
Problems with an order
If a paid file was not delivered, cannot be accessed, is faulty or is significantly not as described, email support@tmuaeuclid.com with your order details and an explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and provide any remedy required by law. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund.
